Cheap But Hardly Worth It

Pros

Cheap rent, especially for the space. Could’ve been dirtier. Landlords are more respectful and understanding than other NYC landlords

Cons

No elevator (a problem in a building with six floors). Unresponsive landlords. Constant fireworks at all hours of the night in the summer. Roaches. Flies. No water pressure. No hot water in the shower.
