Pretty good place to live

Pros:
- the apartment is renovated with great in-unit amenities (laundry, dishwasher) - high ceilings and plenty of windows to allow natural lighting - large living spaces and master bedroom - plenty of storage - plenty of food/grocery option nearby - apartment faces rear, so noise is minimal (minus the occasional truck horn from the GWB traffic)
Cons:
- the super is less than responsive/communicative (has shown up unannounced a few times) - we've had several management company changes that weren't shared, so we didn't know our points of contact often
Advice to owner:
Ensure that tenants are up-to-date with how to reach you in case of an issue
