Okay place to live
Pros
Decently priced with washer and dryer in unit. Very quiet building. I also liked that I was reimbursed on the rent when the heating was out.
Cons
Took days to hear back about long term issues. Ignored repairing windows and leaks in the ceiling from heavy rain.
Advice to the owners
Keep up with repairs and respond to tenants in a timely manner.
Pretty good place to live
Pros
- the apartment is renovated with great in-unit amenities (laundry, dishwasher) - high ceilings and plenty of windows to allow natural lighting - large living spaces and master bedroom - plenty of storage - plenty of food/grocery option nearby - apartment faces rear, so noise is minimal (minus the occasional truck horn from the GWB traffic)
Cons
- the super is less than responsive/communicative (has shown up unannounced a few times) - we've had several management company changes that weren't shared, so we didn't know our points of contact often

Ensure that tenants are up-to-date with how to reach you in case of an issue
