    Nice neighbors terrible management
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    The neighbors are great. It’s nice to be in a place where you know your neighbors.
    Cons:
    Zero maintenance, I have had to pay for my own maintenance. There is no clear phone number to contact the management people.
    Advice to owner:
    Get a proper management team and real superintendent.
