Terrible landlord and management
Pros
The neighbors have been here a long time and it still feels like real New York where you knew your neighbors.
Cons
Trash is full of rats. Zero responsiveness from landlord. Abuse and bullying from management/landlord leaving notices for eviction as intimidation tactics. Doesn’t provide current lease instead wants you to sign expired leases. Fakes tenants and cost of apartment- I know this for a fact because my rent history from the city was incorrect.
Advice to the owners
You claim to serve God and practice your religion but you are hypocrites. Be kind and be honest!
