Get another bldg this has Noisy neighbors

Elevator that works occasionally
Cons:
Horrible super and landlord never fixes anything, laundry washer and dryer always occupied and break down. good luck, no wonder everyone moves in and out they never stay.

Owner is horrendous. Super is inattentive. Apartments are all falling apart.
