Best Super Ever!

Best super on the planet! Clean building, well kept, wonderful neighbors, a lovely lovely place to live!!!

Rodent issue, but management was super helpful with handling the issue right away

Its a Great apartment!

Pros

-super is fantastic and super responsive and sweet. Really knows his stuff and quick response time. -quiet street Right by A and 1 trains

It is an older building so insulation isn’t great. So can be cold when the heat isn’t on.
