    Nice building, nice neighbors. Laundry in the basement
    Cons:
    Water leaks management fixes it but it’s really old Piping

    Most people in the building are friendly

    This building is close to the A and 1 train
    Cons:
    There seems to be a general lack of cleanliness. Floors are not mopped and some residents leave garbage in hallway.
    Advice to owner:
    The Locker Room bar has outdoor dining. Why do they need to take their sound system outside with them??
