Pros:
The super is very responsive and a nice guy Building is pretty clean and quiet People are generally very nice
Cons:
The management company is very disorganized. They take forever to send out lease renewals and respond to questions. Sometimes there are issues with the heat where is either freezing cold or way too hot. We had issues with our neighbor’s apartment leaking into our ceiling.
Advice to owner:
Tell people up from CLEARLY if the unit isn’t rent stabilized and get more organized with your paper work.

A lovely building with a few cons

Pros:
I have been here for two years and honestly think overall it's a great building! Nice big size and beautiful space, new appliances, and the super is the best I've ever experienced. So nice and so responsive. A little pricey for the area, but rent stabilized.
Cons:
There are roaches in the basement, but honestly which basement is there not in an old building? I have seen a few in my apartment, but very seldom with my own pest control.
There is only one tenant that often yells at nice. For the most part everyone who lives here is lovely.
Honestly I have not had to deal with ownership because the super takes care of everything.
They've started controlling the heat more and it's sometimes a bit cold in the winter.
