    Quiet neighborhood, and Mostly Quiet Neighbors
    Cons:
    Roaches are an issue
    Needs updating
    Advice to owner:
    update the building and make pest control a priority

    Good management And the Super is Great

    Pros:
    Management has rules and they fix quickly when you have a problem the apartments have great quality. The super is a great person and if u call him he is very responsive and helps you in any issue u have. Building is clean and No rats and if u have a problem with any type of bugs they call an exterminator for you.
    Cons:
    The building has 6 floors and has no elevator.
    No cameras in the building outside or inside.
    Advice to owner:
    Put cameras in the building so tenants feel safer
    And other tenants stop stealing other tenants packages.
