Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant reviews for buildings managed by Adam Cohen reflect a mixed management experience. While some buildings are praised for responsive supers, cleanliness, and well-maintained common areas, others suffer from persistent issues including pest infestations, outdated infrastructure, and inadequate heating. Responsiveness from management varies significantly—some report timely repairs, while others describe unresponsiveness, especially concerning long-standing issues and move-out procedures. Rent increases without corresponding upgrades and lack of modern conveniences like online rent payment and security cameras are common complaints. Tenants appreciate friendly neighbors but warn about noise in select buildings. Overall, management shows potential but requires greater consistency and investment to ensure tenant satisfaction.

Good College Apt

Pros

Good for what it was, not perfect but we didn’t have any major complaints living there

Cons

Management was a nightmare to deal with moving out

Overall good experience

Pros

My room has amazing lighting, management is always responsive when contacted, right next to the train

Cons

I don’t recommend if you are sensitive to sound. Also the rent kept getting raised a ridiculous amount which is why we got pushed out.
