Review Summary for 118 Post Avenue
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent renters at 118 Post Avenue highlight severe cleanliness and pest issues, with bed bugs and roaches infestations. The building suffers from poor security with package theft and non-functional security cameras. Landlord responsiveness is lacking, and maintenance concerns persist. Some tenants appreciate the proximity to transportation options and local amenities. However, recurring problems like leaks leading to mold growth and safety concerns such as shootings nearby affect residents' quality of life. Overall, tenants advise better management practices and thorough apartment inspections before renting to improve the living experience.

Former Tenant
Pros:
None. It was horribly managed
Cons:
Landlord doesn't care at all what happens to the tenants here. I have proof that they always leave the gates and doors open so people can walk in whenever they want and there has been multiple times packages was stolen from us. Nobody cleans the laundry room it's a complete dump. So many bed bugs in this apartment. It is literally infested with them. I took pictures and videos of all the things that has happened here and their emails are saved because they ignore the emails that you send them about the stuff going on here. I even got the bugs in recording, ceiling falling apart, security cameras dont work, I got all the proof how horrible living in this building is. Management cares less what happens until you throw in the lawyers. The building is dirty, there are people smoking constantly in the building. It smells like weed and smoke because one of the tenants that i know smokes by the stairs inside. Not even outside she does it inside the stairs. How is Management still running this building? I dont know but it isn't worth your money to rent this place at all.
Advice to owner:
Have better management handle this building. Cause these guys don't care about it

Former Tenant
Pros:
Front yard well-maintained and nice landscaping. The super was helpful and responsive.
Cons:
Roaches and mice in the building. Landlord patched and painted over a recurring leak without ever resolving the source so it returned and caused mold problem.
