Whenever there is a very heavy rain storm and the super does not clean out the roof drain, the building starts leaking with water EVERYWHERE

Cons:
The building is old, Horrible management company! They never return phone calls and they refuse to fix anything. The super is another story. He cant fix a single thing.
Advice to owner:
Start fixing the apartments and fire the super!!!
