Spacious and community feel

Units in this building are spacious for NY and neighbors in the building are friendly.
Cons
Whenever there is a very heavy rain storm and the super does not clean out the roof drain, the building starts leaking with water EVERYWHERE

Apartments are big
Cons
The building is old, Horrible management company! They never return phone calls and they refuse to fix anything. The super is another story. He cant fix a single thing.
Advice to the owners
Start fixing the apartments and fire the super!!!
