The Building is Cute but the Super and Owners Are Not

Pros:
The building tenants for the most part mind their business. It’s located by the Bx12/BX12sbs, the 1 train, and A.
They do allow pets under 30 pounds
Cons:
The super is homophobic toxic and gossips and beats his massive pitbulls.
Advice to owner:
Fire the super

Pros:
Building is near the subway and generally clean
Cons:
Our neighbors had their son constantly banging on the door at night. Other neighbors played loud music at night. At the end of the lease we had mice in the apartment. Super was difficult to get along with.
