    Great Condo Rental if Available

    Pros:
    - Building staff and doormen are amazing
    - Most units have in unit w/d
    - Larger units than newer builds
    - Quiet location, dead end street cul de sac
    - Lots of natural light (floor to ceiling windows)
    - Amazing amenities (pool, gym, cardio room, steam room, sauna)
    - Great neighbors. A lot of original tenants (1990s build) and some new families
    Cons:
    VERY FEW THINGS
    - Centrally controlled heat that comes on too early in season
    - No pets allowed
    - Most units original fixtures and appliances from 1990s construction
    Advice to owner:
    None. Good job.

    Cul de sac quiet area and near Fordham campus. Nice amenities and staff.
