Location. Heart of West Village
There is no one to contact for repairs or complaints. They’ve made the apartments look ok but the infrastructure is ancient. Pipes are constantly leaking, fuses are constantly blowing. Heat is either boiling or non existent. When the landlord does show his face, he is abusive and insulting.
Stop being a slum lord. Take care of your building.
