spacious, quiet, great natural light

Pros

I lived here back in 2021 and got a great deal on rent due to covid. it was a great spot for the price and very spacious and quiet. the doorman was great, laundry facilities in the basement were good & never had any issues, and location is perfect. not far from the subway and such a cute, quiet neighborhood

just wish my unit was more updated but maybe they’ve fixed things now

No frills building

Pros

Nice building. There's always has someone at the desk. Hallways and lobby was always clean.

Cons

Laundry room could be cleaner, the floor is always dirty when I go. Half the machines don't work so it can be a wait to use them during the weekends. Not many amenities for the high rent. Only doorman, package room and laundry in building.
