Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews for 32 Cornelia Street in Manhattan highlight mixed experiences. While some appreciate the convenient location and upcoming renovations, others express concerns about cleanliness, pests, and unresponsive management. The building's proximity to restaurants impacts garbage management, with reports of roaches and rodents. However, positive aspects include good water pressure, neighborly atmosphere, and well-functioning heating. Poorly kept building, convenient location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location (though lots of garbage right aside because of the restaurants).
Cons:
Little sound privacy between apartments and temperature fluctuates wildly at times. Roaches and dirty lobby. Hard to reach management
