Tiny apartment otherwise with a plastic stair case, roaches in walk way, and street not overall that charming with drug usage and trash everywhere

Poorly kept building, convenient location

Pros

Good location (though lots of garbage right aside because of the restaurants).

Cons

Little sound privacy between apartments and temperature fluctuates wildly at times. Roaches and dirty lobby. Hard to reach management
