Good out of college apartment building

Pros:
Good location, super responsive super, good sized rooms and redone bathrooms and kitchens
Cons:
no windows in living rooms, walkup, arrived dirty and needed deep cleaning

The Landlord and the Super are horrendous

None at all besides the cool neighbors. they are chill
Cons:
The landlord at this property is the most unreceptive landlord ive had in 25 years of living in nyc. The Refuse to help during the terrible heat problems and are trying to jack up the rent over 55% of what it currently is.

I hope you have some good faith and realize how terrible a human being you all are
