Street pharmacists sitting on the steps

Cons
You will step over an assortment of street entrepreneurs to enter this building. Day and night they are sitting on the steps. One of the neighbors throws their trash out of the window and the rats love to eat whatever falls out of the busted bag. There is peeling laminate, messy caulk and a rusty sink and toilet.
Advice to the owners
If you want to raise the rent by 60% at least have the decency to make sure people don’t have to step over non-residents sitting on the steps to enter the building!
