The location was amazing
I had bedbugs when I lived here. It was traumatizing and expensive, and I got fleeced by the prime tenant who I subleased from.
I have a feeling the whole building needs to be bug bombed, circus-style

There is a massive construction project down the block working at all hours of the night and weekend. There is also a pest problem that the owners won't do anything about
