    Lived here for 2 yrs, pretty decent experience

    Pros:
    Laundry in the building
    Pretty good sunlight
    Good area
    Close to subway
    Cons:
    LOUD at night on the weekends. Hair of the Dog is a couple doors down and lots of bars around, so traffic gets really bad. Honking and blaring horns until 3 or 4 am on Fridays and Saturdays.
    Advice to owner:
    More responsive when tenants reach out

    Quiet back building, well kept and clean. Cameras in front and entryway. Extremely helpful and responsive super.
    Cons:
    Garbage can get built up in courtyard between buildings
    Advice to owner:
    Larger garbage bins
