Lived here for 2 yrs, pretty decent experience

Laundry in the building Pretty good sunlight Good area Close to subway

Cons

LOUD at night on the weekends. Hair of the Dog is a couple doors down and lots of bars around, so traffic gets really bad. Honking and blaring horns until 3 or 4 am on Fridays and Saturdays.

Quiet back building, well kept and clean. Cameras in front and entryway. Extremely helpful and responsive super.
