I’ve been living here for a few months and love it so far. The staff is respectful, apartments have great lighting, no pests and is super clean
Laundry is a little expensive but it’s better than not having it at all
Porters and maintenance are on top of every request!
Strict rules when it comes to rooftop amenities
Rodents, pest, mold, inadequate heat or hot water, defective building parts
Smoke detector issues, inadequate lighting, no lighting for stairways
No peephole on a door, no street number on the building, unlawful keeping of animals
Missing or non-compliant with administrative information orders or filings
