Quiet and Convenient Location
Former Tenant
Pros:
The front building (170) is across the street from a church so there's very little noise, especially in comparison to the business of East Village. The interior windows that face the "courtyard" to the back buildings also helps with sound proofing. I've lived on a ground floor unit for 3 years and never experienced any pest or rodent issues.
Cons:
The property team is responsive via email but often slow to sending out maintenance support and often relies on the Super (ESL) who takes a more scrappy/DI approach to requests.
