    Old building with horrible management

    Pros:
    Friendly super and clean building
    Cons:
    Old building so can be noisy with doors opening and closing
    MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE, unresponsive
    They have withheld our security deposit for over 45 days with no response
    Advice to owner:
    hire better employees that can reply to emails and pick up the phone

    Pros:
    Hallways and buildings kept so clean, weekly cleaners in the hallways. Fairly responsive super. Well maintained units.
    Cons:
    Rooms facing the street and park can be slightly noisy.
