Good apartment and staff

Pros

Doorman in building was excellent. Heating and AC worked well had no problems.

Cons

Maintenance were fairly lazy but if you kept after them you could get things fixed. Sometimes loud construction in building but notice was given.

Incredible apartments, wish I could stay forever

- amazing area - extremely spacious - views from higher floors - friendly doormen & neighbors

- not available to the rest of New York unless you’re subletting
