Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 210 Thompson Street in Manhattan highlight a well-managed building with friendly neighbors and responsive staff. The cleanliness and garbage management are praised, along with the festive decorations during holidays. However, some concerns arose regarding occasional noise, package theft, and maintenance issues like a roach infestation. Despite these drawbacks, tenants appreciate the great location, helpful superintendent, and reasonable pricing. There is a mixed sentiment on the owner's responsiveness and pest control. Overall, it's a recommended place to live with room for improvement in certain areas.

Good building here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, pest free, good super, nice neighbors
Cons:
Some neighbors treat it like a dorm and don’t put their garbage all the way away in cans

Loved living at 210
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lived here for ten years. Best super you could ever hope to have. Some noise, but manageable. Trash was handled well despite it being such a large building. Beautifully decorated over the holidays!
Cons:
Front door to building was occasionally left open for stretches of time. Totally understand maintenance has to happen, but the package thieves loved it. But I’m reaching here, it was a great building.
