Comfortable space, very reasonable landlord, responsive super

Cons

Apartments not kept in pristine condition, warped floors and other small nuisances, but this keeps the price down

Lovely little building

Pros

Have never had an issue living in this building. Management is always on top of things.

Cons

The heat stays on longer and at a higher temperature than necessary. individual units are not able to control heat from within apartment unfortunately
