Pros

Super quiet, very safe building with great neighbors. Super and Landlord for our unit specifically were both great as well. Charming courtyard and interiors, and incredible location!

Cons

Quite an issue with cockroaches and mice. Building’s old and thus it’s more or less expected, but at one point it got so bad that we’d considered breaking our lease.
