Good Value for Money

Pros

Management so decently response. Very conveniently located. Heating works.

Cons

Rodents, but that’s most nyc apartment buildings. They always had pest control cleaning. The building manager Kenny Mangual was very rude, but the super very helpful.

Advice to the owners

Change building manager.

Good Super, Old Building

Pros

Jose the super is great. Our rent was fairly cheap relative to size of the place!

Cons

Building was old. Some issues with leaks/ occasional mouse. But on the whole not so so bad, and fairly infrequent issues. Would recommend on the whole
