Good Value for Money

Pros:
Management so decently response.
Very conveniently located.
Heating works.
Cons:
Rodents, but that’s most nyc apartment buildings.
They always had pest control cleaning.
The building manager Kenny Mangual was very rude, but the super very helpful.
Advice to owner:
Change building manager.

Good Super, Old Building

Pros:
Jose the super is great. Our rent was fairly cheap relative to size of the place!
Cons:
Building was old. Some issues with leaks/ occasional mouse. But on the whole not so so bad, and fairly infrequent issues. Would recommend on the whole
