    Roomy, great access to transport, great management and close to groceries
    Cons:
    natural light can be difficult

    responsive maintenance staff and nice doormen, great location
    Cons:
    management is very bad at dealing with pest control issues -- took forever to get a response and a solution. the building is old, so the elevators are very slow even though there's 4.
