Reviews

I thought it was too good to be true, it’s not!

Pros

- AMAZING SUPER! Roberto is the best! - super fast maintenance help and I feel like all my issues have been taken seriously and dealt with QUICKLY! - ability to flex and my unit still has a window in each room and apartment still feels spacious! - rent increase was fair (I believe mine was around 5%) - laundry machines just all got replaced this year (2025) which is awesome - gym and the roof are great amenities! - proximity to trains (4,5, R,W, and 1) and West side highway rocks - proximity to whole foods

Cons

- I’m in an interior facing unit so natural light isn’t the best, but my apartment is super quiet, so just a bit of a trade off there… - I had one singular roach, one time, in my apartment (I have been living here for almost two years) BUT it was addressed incredibly quickly and exterminator said it was likely one that came through the drains after seeing photos of the bug…. I haven’t seen another one again (my other neighbors I know haven’t seen anything at all and some have lived here for 7+ years) so if anything it shows how seriously they take pest control! And honestly those are my biggest issues…. I am so lucky to live in this building!!!

Advice to the owners

I love living here - keep it up!

Great deal for location and apartment quality

Pros

The location is extremely convenient, the building is affordable, but still has amenities, the repairs are always super responsive should anything go wrong and it’s a good deal for the location and price.

Cons

The amenities are a little updated, and the gym is not open 24 seven. My unit does not get a lot of natural light which can be a bit depressing. The common space is very dark.

Advice to the owners

Please brighten the common space with overhead lighting, and get rid of gym staff so you can keep the gym open 24 seven
