Overall cheap & great building w/ Bad Water

Pros:
Convenient Location in Chinatown with lots of cheap food nearby
Cons:
The water is very funky and you should NOT drink it. It tastes almost lemony and has carbonation.
Location is great Used to be affordable (not anymore)
Cons:
Trash cans blocking the exit-fire hasard Mouse infested Entry floors not structurally stable Hallways last painted in the 90´s Electrical panels outdated Windows do not close No fire alarm

All of the above needs serious attention.
