    Pros:
    Nice walkup, in a very good location with easy access to east village but also the rest on NYC with trains close by
    Cons:
    Hot water didn't work for a few weeks, neither did AC with slow responses from building management

    Super is rude and unhelpful

    Decent appliances, super convenient location
    Cons:
    Super doesn’t do shit and isn’t very responsive. Packages get stolen all the fk time. There’s a nightclub right below the building so good luck falling asleep On weekends past midnight
