Good starter apartment

Pros:
In-unit washer/dryer (2 in 1), large kitchen and living area, decently sized rooms, plenty of storage in rooms, close to subway, buzzer to enter front door, cannot hear next door or upstairs neighbors.
Cons:
Very LOUD as it is on a busy street next to a police station, infestation of waterbugs in kitchen with pest control not mitigating the situation, no dishwasher, no ventilation in some units as one window in living area has an in-unit AC

Pros:
The unit itself was pretty nice with high ceilings
Cons:
The building is old and the area is incredibly noisy can hear all the street noise and sirens from the police station
Advice to owner:
Install a camera or lights at the front. There are always people loitering especially during warmer months
