Pros
Spacious. Super was fairly attentive but had to follow up sometimes. Noise for a corner was not terrible.
Cons
Bad pest problem with roaches and mice. Some problems with people sitting on the steps or being aggressive outside. Also trash sometimes built up when it was full. Door was not always secure

Good starter apartment
Pros
In-unit washer/dryer (2 in 1), large kitchen and living area, decently sized rooms, plenty of storage in rooms, close to subway, buzzer to enter front door, cannot hear next door or upstairs neighbors.
Cons
Very LOUD as it is on a busy street next to a police station, infestation of waterbugs in kitchen with pest control not mitigating the situation, no dishwasher, no ventilation in some units as one window in living area has an in-unit AC
