A great apartment

Pros

The super is fast to respond and keeps the building in great shape. The neighbors are friendly.

Cons

During the day, the heat is off from around 1pm to 4pm. I work from home some days and get cold so I bought a space heater.

Not worth it

Pros

Great location Quick access to train, supermarket and restaurant Nice friendly super

Cons

Noise and smoke from bus idling at the bus stop in front and tour bus parking next door. The managment are rude and will shout at you on the phone. They are very tricky and shady. Not willing to work with you. Show no interest in negotiation with you. Will threaten you.
