No window screens, no window or ventilation in the bathroom, no windows in living room, bug problem (roaches and flies nonstop), constant mildew gross smell, appliances suck, nearly everything in the bathroom broken, weird neighbor, hot AF! Literally a sauna

Fix the damn appliances and heating/cooling systems

Pros:
Washer/dryer in unit and a dishwasher
Cons:
There's a mouse infestation in the courtyard that they aren't doing anything about- it's not even habitable on the lower floors.
The rear building doesn't have real heat. They give you the "opportunity" for heat by having electricity and providing wall mounted space heaters. The winter month heat bills cost $300-$400-$500-$400-$300 from November to March. And that's with the apartment still being cold!
Advice to owner:
Install real heat in the building and make a real effort to solve the mouse problem.
