Horrible Management Indeed

Pros:
The pro of this location is the location itself.
Cons:
Horrible management company and well as landlord services. They tried it during the pandemic to get everything paid off but then offered no net effective rent. READ THE LEASE because they will switch it on you.
Advice to owner:
Y’all are literally the worst.
