Pros

Grew up in this building. Know all my neighbors, They look out for one another All trains and bus lines are in the vicinity. Tons of activities to do in the area Heat source is perfect

Cons

Maintenance could do a better job of handling work tickets. Do better in tenants who enter to destroy property and keep the building filthy Better lighting Eradicate the rodent and roach problem
