Pros

2 mins away from L, Target, Trader Joe’s, and Whole Foods. Stuytown itself is very quiet and a beautiful neighborhood. Management is meh.

Not much to complain about, heat is way too hot in the winter and you can hear a lot of noise from upstairs depending on your neighbors
