Review Summary for Siobhan Kennedy
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Tenant reviews for buildings managed by Siobhan Kennedy consistently praise the cleanliness, quiet environment, and well-kept common areas. Residents appreciate the responsive and generally timely management, as well as the visible presence of porters and staff contributing to a safe community vibe. The buildings offer a suburban feel within the city, with strong communal bonds and included utilities adding value. However, some concerns include slow maintenance responses, occasional pest sightings, thin walls, and older building infrastructure impacting noise and heating control. Overall, management is viewed as attentive and effective, though improvement in pest control and maintenance promptness would enhance tenant satisfaction.

Easy living in Stuytown!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great amenities, feel taken care of with a constant presence of porters and Stuytown employees. Building is clean and quiet.
Cons:
Had a small issue with cockroaches - not an infestation, but we usually see about 1 per month. Stuytown provided an exterminator that was difficult to work with and refused to look for entry points (kept insisting "they come through the drains" even though our drains are only open when in use.

Have to compromise but it's great
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet, love the Stuytown area, good blend of family and young people.
Cons:
Buildings are older, maintenance can be slow sometimes, and very dependent on your building

if you can afford it live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
its a nice building -good people, just old
Cons:
the legal team at stuytown is a joke. many people taking advantage of others in rent stabilized units illegally renting rooms for much higher than the true cost and stuytown wont help
Advice to owner:
kick those people out
