Old NYC charm, clean building

Pros:
Older building with good access and clean facilities.
Cons:
Management can be hard to get in touch with but the onsite supers will respond when texted or called.

Clean Building, Run Well

Pros:
The building was always in great shape, constantly being cleaned and maintained by the super. The super was also always very responsive to anything I needed help with.
Cons:
Nothing against the actual building, but my neighbor was always extremely loud and would smoke that would seep through the walls. I tried notifying management but there wasn't much they could do.
