Good for postgrads in nyc Relatively affordable Tribeca apartments Great doormen especially Onnie

Renovations over past 1.5 years were annoying but they’re almost complete

The location and view are unbeatable and I love having the balcony

Management is slow to respond at times and move in/move out is not that straightforward
