    Doormen are friendly Security is tight Heat/AC in every room that I can control

    High floor, good view off the highway.
    Cons:
    No close subways unless you want to take the bus. Close to highway so lots of noise

    The best apartment

    The view, the pavilion, the community, the Sun beds, the amenities, the renovations and everything
    Cons:
    Nothing- had a feast experience only this is that there are only certain crossroads to get to the other side of FDR

    Excellent Location Nice People live here. EXPENSIVE location

    High Rents and Increases are difficult to swallow
    Advice to owner:
    Please be reasonable on annual rent increases for NYU Students. Going up $1200 per month is unreasonable... Please evaluate and reconsider as we would love to continue for a 5-7% increase. Thanks

    Pros:
    - isolated plaza with room - great for kids - nice floorplans - nice views
    Cons:
    - 10 mins to get off plaza and into Manhattan with few transit options - horrible on-site grocery - high rents without much justification - unengaged management
    Advice to owner:
    Work on making the plaza a pleasant place to be, bring back some sort of cafe/food option. Work out a deal with the present on site grocery to improve quality, cleanliness and price hiking. Ramp up shuttle bus schedule so tenants can get off the island…

    Great doormen, huge units, responsive Maintence
    Cons:
    New management not as responsive
    Advice to owner:
    Fix the mass communication. Getting emails about gas being off all day at 3 pm!
