The apartment itself was spacious, maintenance folks were lovely.

Management can be difficult, water constantly shut off, lots of noise from updating units.

Good space, poorly managed

Pros

Friendly doormen, large space for cost with updated kitchen and bathroom. Electricity is included in rent and nice views of the city

Cons

The elevators are a disaster, making it impossible to go up and down. They tried replacing them but everything is still broken and you have different elevators operated by different button systems. Tried restricting access to certain floors by blocking the buttons but it isn’t working. Management is difficult to work with
