Location. Everything you need is walking distance, literally one block away.
The management office rarely ever responds. The Super is rude and hires other people to do his job. They do terrible work. The hallways is always dirty and the smells. This building is ridiculously hot all year round. And there are always drug addicts hanging out at the front door. All day and night.
